SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping of prints is provided FREE of charge WORLDWIDE! Shipping of other items, especially original paintings, is subject to size/ weight and your location. Contact me before purchase of any such items to arrange postage and costs.There may be some exclusions, such as areas inaccessable to post services, or politically unstable zones. If there are any unusual circumstances with shipping your order, I will contact you directly to find a solution.
Prints are carefully packed after receiving your order, and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube to you within 1-5 weekdays. A tracking number is provided to you with your shipping confirmation email, where you can check the progress of your shipment.
Shipments of multiple prints usually means just using a larger shipping tube, but depending on different factors, your order may be shipped in more than one installment to protect the integrity of the prints. if this is the case you will be informed and receive multiple tracking numbers.
Delays in postal services are out of my control, but to date, I have never lost a print yet! If your print has not arrived, please be patient, check the tracking information, and if a problem arises, we are able to file a claim with the postal service, and get you a new order sent out, stock permitting.
If a shipment arrives to you in a damaged condition, or with missing items, you must first inform your local carrier service immediately to file a complaint, and then contact me.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving them on items that are not originals or custom orders. Items must be returned in the original unused condition they were sent in. All return postal costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are not accepted on original prints or paintings.
