Apparantly Chewbacca was inspired by George Lucas´Alaskan Malamute, but as a kid, I always thought the name  was obviously a reference about chewin´ tobaccy, so in my mind, Chewey  was some kinda hairy, Appalachian fur trappin - mountain dwelling type- so I present him here in all his Kashyyyk homeland glory, the "Mountain Man"
